Baked cottage-cheese pasta

Ingredients
- 150 gr Dried small pasta shapes
- 150 gr Broccoli
- 75 gr Cherry tomatoes
- 250 gr Cottage cheese
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 pcs Garlic cloves
- 1 pcs Yellow onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 0.25 cups Tofu bacon bits
- 0.5 cups Grated cheese
Method
- Cook the pasta al-dente in salted water
- Add the broccoli for the final 2 min of cooking time
- Mix the sauce: egg, cottage cheese and parsley
- Briefly saute the onion and garlic
- Chuck everything in an oven dish, and top with cheese and tofu bacon bits
- Bake for 15 min @ 180 degrees Celcius
