Method

  1. Cook the pasta al-dente in salted water
  2. Add the broccoli for the final 2 min of cooking time
  3. Mix the sauce: egg, cottage cheese and parsley
  4. Briefly saute the onion and garlic
  5. Chuck everything in an oven dish, and top with cheese and tofu bacon bits
  6. Bake for 15 min @ 180 degrees Celcius
