  1. Soak the dates for an hour in warm water
  2. Put the black beans and dates in a food processor and blend on high for a minute.
  3. Add the coconut oil, brown rice syrup, cacao powder, and milk, and blend again for another minute.
  4. Finally, stir in the orange zest.
  5. Spoon the mixture into espresso cups, sprinkle with cacao nibs, and a little extra orange zest.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
