Method

Full-fat quark is hard to find. Feel free to substitute with low-fat and add some freshly whipped cream.

  1. Preheat oven at 175 degrees Celsius
  2. Cover bottom of cake pan with baking parchment
  3. Crumble the biscuits
  4. Melt the butter with 25 grams of sugar
  5. Mix butter and crumbs and cover bottom of cake pan.
  6. Put in the fridge to stiffen up for 20 minutes
  7. Mix cream cheese, quark and sugar in large mixing bowl
  8. Add eggs one at a time, keep mixing until sugar is dissolved
  9. Juice the lime and add to mixing bowl
  10. Add the blueberries
  11. Divide the mixture inside the cake pan
  12. Bake in center of preheated oven for 40 minutes
  13. Lower temperature to 100 degrees celsius and cook for another 20 minutes
  14. Let the pie cool for at least 1 hour at room temperature
  15. Put the pie in the fridge for at least 1 hour
