Ingredients
- 60 gr Butter
- 100 gr Sugar
- 75 gr Brown sugar
- 125 gr Dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Dutch syrup
- 2 pcs Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 gr All purpose flour
- 20 gr Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven at 190 degrees Celsius
- Add butter, sugar, chocolate and syrup to a large bowl and heat au-bain-marie on low heat until everything is melted. Stir well and set aside to cool until luke warm
- Mix the eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, add them to the luke-warm mixture from before and mix at low speed
- Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix until smooth
- Spread mixture over a tray lined with baking parchment
- Bake for 25 minutes
