  1. Juice the lemon, chop the tomatoes and broccoli
  2. Add the cashew, avocado, basil, olive oil, water, lemon juice and garlic to a food processor and blend until smooth
  3. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water, add the broccoli for the last 2 minutes
  4. Combine everything in a pan and fry until flavoured
