Cashew pesto pasta

Ingredients
- 150 gr Tagliatelle
- 300 gr Broccoli
- 100 gr Cashews
- 1 pcs Avocado
- 1 pcs Lemon
- 25 gr Fresh basil
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Water
- 3 pcs Garlic cloves
- 10 pcs Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
Method
- Juice the lemon, chop the tomatoes and broccoli
- Add the cashew, avocado, basil, olive oil, water, lemon juice and garlic to a food processor and blend until smooth
- Cook the tagliatelle in salted water, add the broccoli for the last 2 minutes
- Combine everything in a pan and fry until flavoured
