Creamy tagliatelle with zuccini

Ingredients
- 150 gr Tagliatelle
- 125 ml Creme fraiche
- 1 pcs Zucchini
- 2 tsp Dill
- 0.5 pcs Lemon
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves
- 75 gr Cherry tomatoes
- 1 pcs Onion
- 50 gr Grated cheese
Method
- Prepare sauce ahead of time, start with dumping the creme fraiche into a bowl
- Add dill, juice and zest of the lemon to sauce
- Crush the garlic and basil using a mortar and pestle and add to sauce
- Dice the zuccini and onion, and quarter the tomatoes
- Cook the tagliatelle in generously salted water
- Fry the zuccini and onion for 5 minutes
- Add cooked pasta and sauce to pan and let the flavours combine for a minute
- Serve with grated cheese and pine nuts
