Creamy tagliatelle with zuccini

Method

  1. Prepare sauce ahead of time, start with dumping the creme fraiche into a bowl
  2. Add dill, juice and zest of the lemon to sauce
  3. Crush the garlic and basil using a mortar and pestle and add to sauce
  4. Dice the zuccini and onion, and quarter the tomatoes
  5. Cook the tagliatelle in generously salted water
  6. Fry the zuccini and onion for 5 minutes
  7. Add cooked pasta and sauce to pan and let the flavours combine for a minute
  8. Serve with grated cheese and pine nuts
