Curried quinoa

Ingredients
- 180 gr Quinoa
- 1 pcs Red bell pepper
- 3 pcs Radish
- 3 pcs Spring onion
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Cilantro
- 1 pcs Pomegranate
- 20 gr Almond
- 60 gr Green curry paste
- 45 gr Tahini
- 2 tbsp Lemon
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Method
- Wash quinoa
- Cook quinoa with equal part water and add some salt and the curry powder
- Create the dressing by combining curry paste, tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well, and dilute with water if too thick
- Cut the vegetables, nuts, and pomegranate
- Mix everything together
