Dutch pancakes

Ingredients
- 220 ml Milk
- 2 pcs Egg
- 80 gr Whole wheat flour
- 80 gr All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Method
- Prepare a heating pad by putting a plate atop a small pot with some boiling water.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, some sugar or vanilla extract if you like
- Pre-heat the pan on high, wait until pan is at the right temperature before adding some drops of oil and ladling the batter
- Turn the pan to spread out the batter and reduce to medium-low heat, keep this setting the rest of the bake
- Wait until top side has dried before turning
- When the other side is golden brown too, transfer to heating pad and ladle out the next. Adding a few drops of oil when necessary.
