Method

  1. Prepare a heating pad by putting a plate atop a small pot with some boiling water.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, some sugar or vanilla extract if you like
  3. Pre-heat the pan on high, wait until pan is at the right temperature before adding some drops of oil and ladling the batter
  4. Turn the pan to spread out the batter and reduce to medium-low heat, keep this setting the rest of the bake
  5. Wait until top side has dried before turning
  6. When the other side is golden brown too, transfer to heating pad and ladle out the next. Adding a few drops of oil when necessary.
