Lemon cheesecake muffins

Ingredients
- 150 gr Flour
- 120 gr Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 pcs Egg
- 125 ml Milk
- 20 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds
- 100 gr Cream cheese
Method
- Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius
- Add ingredients to bowl in listed order and mix with spatula (don't overmix)
- Transfer into muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes
