Method

  1. Chop the onion and crush the garlic
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, and sauteƩ for a few minutes.
  3. Add lemon zest, 1/4 lemon juice, sage and spinach leaves, cream, and all the spices. Cook for about 10 minutes. If the sauce looks too thick, add a little bit of water to thin. Taste it and add salt and/or pepper.
  4. Divide pasta between bowls and pour over the lemon sauce. Garnish with lemon slices.
