Lemon Sage pasta

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pcs Onion
- 4 pcs Garlic cloves
- 1 pcs Lemon
- 250 ml Cream
- 0.25 cups Sage leaves
- 1.5 cups Spinach leaves
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 150 gr Pasta shapes
Method
- Chop the onion and crush the garlic
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, and sauteƩ for a few minutes.
- Add lemon zest, 1/4 lemon juice, sage and spinach leaves, cream, and all the spices. Cook for about 10 minutes. If the sauce looks too thick, add a little bit of water to thin. Taste it and add salt and/or pepper.
- Divide pasta between bowls and pour over the lemon sauce. Garnish with lemon slices.
