Mocha semifredo

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Instant coffee
- 1 tsp Cocoa
- 1 tbsp Sweet liquor
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 75 ml Whipping cream
Method
- Mix the egg/coffee mixture in a steel bowl and put on low heat and keep whisking (au Bain Marie if you’re scared).
- Keep whisking and cooking until you reach the "ribbon stage”. Let it cool by putting the bowl in cold water.
- Whip up the cream and sugar until fairly stiff. Now combine with the cooled mocha mixture.
- Poor into a serving cup and freeze overnight. Serve with a little whipped cream and cocoa powder
