Palak paneer puff pastry

Ingredients
- 200 gr Paneer
- 250 gr Spinach Leaves
- 3 pcs Cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
- 1 pcs Pastry sheets
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Method
- Defrost the puff pastry
- Crush the garlic and chop the spinach
- Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and saute for a few seconds. Add the chopped spinach and stir fry until all the moisture is evaporated.
- Once the moisture is evaporated, add the paneer and the remaining filling ingredients. Saute until all are well combined. Check the taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease the sheet pans with butter and keep aside.
- Spoon the spinach and paneer filling into the pastry and bring the edges of the puff together and pinch to seal.
- Place the Spinach and Paneer puff in the oven and bake until golden brown and crisp. Once done, remove from the oven and serve warm.
- Serve the Paneer and Spinach Puff as a side dish for soups or as a late afternoon snack/appetizer
