Pea & broccoli soup

Ingredients
- 300 gr Broccoli
- 250 gr Peas
- 1 pcs Lemon
- 100 gr Spinach (frozen)
- 500 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk
- 5 pcs Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
- 1 pinch Cayenne
- 1 tsp Miso paste
- 1 tsp Tamari
- 2 pcs Celery (sticks)
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Lightly saute the garlic and ginger in olive oil
- Add the veggies and stir-fry for a minute
- Add the water and salt and cook for 15 minutes
- Add the miso, lemon juice and milk and use a blender to turn into a silky-smooth soup
- Finish with salt & pepper to taste
