  1. Lightly saute the garlic and ginger in olive oil
  2. Add the veggies and stir-fry for a minute
  3. Add the water and salt and cook for 15 minutes
  4. Add the miso, lemon juice and milk and use a blender to turn into a silky-smooth soup
  5. Finish with salt & pepper to taste
