Spinach quiche

Ingredients
- 3 pcs Frozen puff pastry slices
- 400 gr Frozen spinach
- 1 pcs Onion
- 8 pcs Cherry tomatoes
- 2 pcs Egg
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Pine nuts
- 50 gr Grated cheese
Method
- Preheat oven at 210 degrees Celsius
- Dice the onion and briefly fry, add the frozen spinach and stir on low heat until thawed
- Add the garlic, cream fraiche and flavour with nutmeg, pepper and salt
- Thaw the puff pastry and use them to line two small pie dishes
- Divide the spinach mixture over the pie dishes
- Cut the tomatoes and divide tomatoes and pine nuts over pie dishes
- Use a spoon to create a hole in the spinach mixture, crack an egg into the hole
- Add some cheese on top
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
